Prison/Jail Ministry

EPIC Ministries, Inc., is an approved ministry by the State of Texas Department of Criminal Justice and as such can go into facilities within the State of Texas and conduct crusades and outreaches to prisoners.

Donna Williams is an approved Pastoral Advisor for women inmates and conducts one-on-one discipleship with them around the state. She is also an approved volunteer with the TDCJ. She has a vision to establish a facility named “The Magdalena House”, where not only ex-offenders, but women caught in human trafficking can reside while receiving care and training for new careers.

Ray and Kathy Kassouf,  members of the EPIC Board of Elders, are also TDCJ approved volunteers. Ray goes into the men’s prisons weekly and conducts discipleship training.
